"Adventures begin here. Quests begin here. Lives are changed in this wood beyond the fringes of the places you've ever been."
-Kris Spisak
Churchill was technically describing Russia when he described it as "a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma," but he easily could have been referring to the region's most famous folk hag and midwife of death, Baba Yaga.

This unique and exclusive immersion offers 8 women the opportunity to dive deep into the lore of Baba Yaga as a portal to their own stories and soul work. But be warned, Baba Yaga is a trickster who demands your commitment, creativity, and devotion! Her bold questions befuddle and unsettle us. The tasks she gives those who seek her help often seem odd or ridiculous. What we discover and learn from her is often unexpected, but it always turns out to be exactly what we need.

Just like Baba Yaga, this weekend will be a mix of cunning mystery and magic. We'll share enchantments such as Eastern European culinary indulgences, folk tales around a blazing fire, and themed treasures to take home to extend our experience. We'll also immerse ourselves into circles, challenges and rituals that confront our readiness to take the next step on our soul's path that may even require us to reconsider commitments and narratives we have that no longer support our truest desires and longings. Together we'll take time to reflect on death and rebirth, creative destruction, and the stories we tell ourselves and we'll have the support and encouragement from other women to start telling new stories and prepare to embark on more brave and soulful adventures of our own.

This immersion is hosted by The Cavewoman Way and The Empirical Herbalist. Activities will be guided by Michelle Rigling and Ruth Shelton.

Is This Immersion for You?
Immersions can be more intense (physically and emotionally) than retreats. They are designed for people feeling called to tend to heart and soul, both during the event and upon their return home. If this resonates and you are excited to engage in bold and soulful discussions, this is for you!
"Recipes, medicines, and cocktails are known to transform with muddling. Stories do too."
